How to find us

Drive past the Basildon exit ( A178 )

Take the turning immediately past the Texaco Garage at the top of the next hill
opposite MacDonald's this is Gardiners Lane. Sign posted Crays Hill.

Go straght past Oak Road on the left (this is the wrong one).

Drive to Crays Hill then continue on until you reach a tee junction,

Turn right onto the A129, sign posted as Wickford.

Take the next left onto Church Road towards Ramsden Bellhouse.

Keep going past Ramsden Bellhouse under the Railway bridge and up the hill,

follow the road through the village until you reach another junction,

The White Horse public house should be on your left.

Turn right onto the Downham Road,

Oak Road is on the right with a bench at the junction
( You'll need a sit down if you've got this far! ).

If you reach the Mouchak y2k pub resist the temptation and turn around....

Chipstows is down Oak road on the right.
